I agree with Anita, I would love to see pictures. Do you have a link for the online doll making class?
I have a real weakness for these. My grandmother used to make these. I still have the one that she made 25 years ago when I was driving alone across country. She wanted the doll in my front passenger seat so I wouldn't look like I was traveling alone!

Marilyn, As you know I am addicted to cloth dolls. When I first encountered cloth dolls it was at an exhibition. I was bowled over and so excited! Two other ladies came in and said how they loved the dolls. One lady picked up a pattern and said 'Look we can make these'. The other replied 'Oh we could never do that'. And without a backward glance they walked out. That was 7 years ago or so now. Since then, I have been in magazines, books, I teach online, I'm teaching in the States (paid) this spring, and I have started very successfully writing patterns. Just think if I had let the fear that gripped them, grip me. My life would be utterly different - and sadder. Even if this wasn't turning into a viable career I'd still be making dolls because it makes my heart sing. Have fun. Play. And know you will get better as you go on as anything you practice at will improve. You can do it.
