		<description>I agree with you -- a small tax credit in the form of $13 more per paycheck will do nothing for me. I heard your idea presented in a similar way today while listening to the Ed Schultz show.  A caller also suggested giving a lump sum of $50,000 to people but with a twist -- that sum would be given in vouchers for specific things.  EX a $30,000 voucher to be used to buy a house or pay down a current mortgage - would help people who were close to foreclosure as well, a $15,000 voucher to be used on any big ticket item or items such as a new car, furniture, etc.  I&#039;m ready for my $50,000 -- where do I sign up???</description>
